Ray came out and showed us why the alarm kept going off, he replaced the faulty part and explained we had to look out for the red Light on the smoke alarm next time the alarms rang, really good help in training the duty managers.

RayFire are extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. they came and solved the issues that we had with our Fire Alarm system extremely quickly and gave us some plastic covers for our call points that we had missing and a log book.
